I would keep a detailed diary of what you eat and when you get tired and share with your Dr. Your body is talking to you. Take good notes and you all will figure it out.

You need time to recover, especially if your workouts are hard. Keep a diary of what exercises you do, what foods you are eating, and water you drink. Consider going to the gym every other day. You might consider arranging your workouts into heavier and lighter days, or work different body parts on different days. Let your family doctor see the diary if it continues.
