Very unlikely: Probably just feeling pulsation of normal aorta. Many possible sources of pain, but, aortic aneurysm way down on the list. See your pcp or GI doctor for evaluation.

Unlikely: But be checked, physical exam, ultrasound are very effective and noninvasive. If you are thin it is not uncommon to feel aorta pulsation.
