Legs In A Pinch?: Well, firstly, just how do you run?Do you do a lot of lateral moves or sprints or hurdles?What I mean is that over-use of adductor muscles is rather unusual during a routine jog.You might try an indoor or outdoor bike. Another way to do cardio is super sets with light to medium weights.Even just with upper body work you'll get a good pump.Swimming might work,just pay attention to your adductors.
