The : The two most common causes of pain in this are are "medial tibial stress syndrome" (shin splints) and a stress fracture. Only a doctor will be able to give you a correct diagnosis. Don't fool around with this - if it is a stress fracture you could make it a lot worse by continuing to train. Go see a podiatrist or an orthopedist before you train again. I've included a link with more information about shin splints, but again, get a diagnoiss before you try to treat this on your own.
