Why are my muscles and joints suddenly sore? its been 12 days. i used to run 10 kms and workout daily and suddenly my joints in knees and elbows started to hurt.. now even walking leaves my legs dead.. which never happened before along with jointpain?

Ive been having joint pain/ weakness at least perceived weakness in ankles,wrists,elbows and achy legs. I have to kinda of limp when I walk and I do have muscle twitches all over body and had the twitching for awhile the sore joints is new. ALS?
