UTI: there is a possibility for pyelonephritis and you may need IV antibiotics and proper imaging. Keep drinking water and go to ER as soon as possible. You need a blood and urine test and some imaging and also a pregnancy test.

Pyuria: Presense of WBC in the urine can be infection but there are other causes. You need a urine culture and further test including an imaging. Suggest contact a kidney doc. Also need a repeat urine test, urine for eosinophils. Best of luck
