B12, Vit D and iron: There are no good plant sources for Vitamins B12 and D. Even fortified almond milk may not contain enough D. You should take 100mcg B12 and 5000 units D daily. 300 mg of iron may also help. If memory does not improve, consider seeing your primary care for an evaluation. Thanks for trusting HealthTap!
