Time to see Doctor: There are a variety of medications that can stop a migraine after it has started, as well as help to prevent migraines from occurring in the first place. See your doctor to find what is best. Neurologist may be needed. It is important to keep a headache diary to determine when you get headaches plus possible triggers (chocolate, caffeine, menstruation,...), to avoid these triggers in the future.

Headache ?'s: Increasing frequency of headaches affecting "memory, vision, hearing" need neurology evaluation, and a MRI or CT of the head. There are some benign tumors which can explain these symptoms.
