Foot pain: Sounds as if you have a peripheral neuropathy of some sort. See your doctor for check up. Rule out diabetes etx.

Stop Poking Me.: The feeling of needles poking on the bottom of your feet does not sound normal. It does sound like the makings of a neuropathy. This may or may not have something to do with the toes getting crooked. It is best to seek the consultation of a specialist.
