Foot pain: This could be a simple sprain, to damaged ligaments to hairline fracture etc.. Firstly you need to get an X-RAy and have the foot evaluated.

Foot pain: Your feet may feel pain after an injury. It is normal to feel less pain as the days pass. Prolonged pain may be due to an undiagnosed condition. I would recommend you see a doctor for a full workup and possibly get some xrays.
