Fasting: fasting is generally not successful in losing weight. Sure, it is possible to take off a few pounds abruptly, but when you restart eating, you will put them back on immediately. When you fast, your body secretes hormones which make you hungry, resulting in eventual regaining of any lost weight. A sensible low-calorie diet with an exercise program for the long run is the only way to go! Good luck!
