Weights, not fasting: First, congrats on losing 25 pounds! the key to weight loss is your energy expenditure needs to be greater than intake. What kind of exercises are you doing? While low impact and cardiovascular exercises are great, incorporating strength training is just as important. The more muscle mass you have, the higher your metabolism and the more calories you burn at rest.

Juicing: Although juicing with fresh, organic veggies/fruit can sometimes be helpful with weight loss- it would needed to be approached mindfully. People don't usually do this type of fasting for such a long period of time. You would need to educate yourself first. Vegetables would usually make up much more of the diet than fruits. Please research this thoroughly before diving in & limit the time.
