Weights, not fasting: First, congrats on losing 25 pounds! the key to weight loss is your energy expenditure needs to be greater than intake. What kind of exercises are you doing? While low impact and cardiovascular exercises are great, incorporating strength training is just as important. The more muscle mass you have, the higher your metabolism and the more calories you burn at rest.

When a plateau is reached,an area of weight loss resistance may need to be addressed. Boost the metabolism by eating every 3-4hours, having 1 gm/kg body weight lean protein per day. One complex carb daily-after breakfast.Limit fruits 1-2 daily. 4-6 servings non-starch veges daily. 1/2 body weight (lbs) in ozs h2O daily. No results, get evaluation by obesity expert.

Juicing: Although juicing with fresh, organic veggies/fruit can sometimes be helpful with weight loss- it would needed to be approached mindfully. People don't usually do this type of fasting for such a long period of time. You would need to educate yourself first. Vegetables would usually make up much more of the diet than fruits. Please research this thoroughly before diving in & limit the time.

BMI is a guide...: And not necessarily an absolute measure of health. If you're doctor is saying you must gain weight because of your low bmi, then you should focus on eating lean, healthy proteins like fish, chicken and turkey, and doing some resistance exercise (weights, etc). If this is a big concern, i'd strongly recommend working with a nutritionist (along w. Your pcp)- they can be a big help.

Can be other causes: Dizziness with exercise doesn't just happen with inadequate hydration. If a person is well hydrated, and still gets dizzy, her doctor can evaluate. Sometimes there are circulation problems, such as not enough blood flow to the brain under certain conditions or activities. There can be heart problems, or not enough red blood cells (anemia), etc...
