Will the cvs test tell me if there is any harm done to my baby form taking aldactone (spironolactone)?

No: There is no test that could tell you if there is any harm done to the baby if you took Spironolactone during the pregnancy. The baby needs to be evaluated after being born. Though, no serious harm has been demonstrated in association with Spironolactone.
