On aldactone 100 daily. how long does it take to show results for excess hair? i have pcos. also, will it harm in any way internally (organs)??

Give it weeks: stick with aldactone for now. Even if it is effective, you will not see a change from one day to the next. But gradually you will notice less hair. Do a before and after picture, and keep comparing because it may be difficult to tell if the treatment is working, unless you have concrete evidence.
