Pulmonary hpt: This is mild pulmonary hypertension with slight left atrial enlargement. The next step is to look for causes of pulmonary hypertension such as lung disease, heart valve disorders, pulmonary emboli or determine whether it's idiopathic(not due to any other pathology).
