Do i need to worry about c diff while taking rifaximine for sibo? acidophilus during or better after treatment?

No: While it is potentially possible for all antibiotics to cause C. diff, it has not shown to be a significant cause in early studies. As this medication is used more extensively in IBS and SIBO we could see C. diff infections, but this should be rare. No need to take Acidophilus during therapy.
