Ask users: Small Intestine Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO) has many treatments, and the long term studies don't seem to be very comprehensive or well constructed for validity. In the meantime, try posting on http://www.ibsgroup.org/forums/topic/119286-sibo-treatment-with-xifaxan/
