Anemia: You are anemic (low hemoglobin). unless you akready know the cause, additional rests for iron an possibly bone marrow function, vitamin deficiency etc may be needed

Yes: Any unexplained anemia needs to be worked up. At your age, you have a bleeding ulcer or stomach / colon cancer until proved otherwise. Please don't delay. The anemia is not a danger to your life now, but the underlying cause may well be if not treated.
