You must have been anemic in 2019 as your retic count was elevated indicating that your bone marrow was very active making red blood cells. At that time you were either losing or destroying blood. I presume you were losing blood with monthly periods. Your current rbc indicates a mild anemia. I would like to know if your iron binding capacity is elevated indicating you could still use some iron.

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your did not provide he hemoglobin reading for the current test. Based on your RBC count, it may be low and warrant an investigation. Wish you good health!
