No.: The RDW is just a measure of the range of sizes of the red blood cell. This is often seen in menstruating females who often have a mild iron deficiency who sometimes take iron. A mildly increased WBC and PLT count support this conjecture.

Agree with Dr. F.: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, there is nothing serious in the data you provided.
