My cbc numbers are. 2.6 wbc, 3.35 rbc, hemoglobin 11.6, hemcorat 34.4, mcv 102.7, mch 34.6, platelet 131, absolute neutrophils 1469, eosinphil 10. i see hematologist in 3 week. i am 55 male. how concerning are these num?

You did not say if of African descent and tend to have low WBC. But suggests anemia from something. Keep appointment. Try using app Cronometer to see if you diet has plenty or iron. Has stool been tested for blood? Should be.

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, you have megaloblastic anemia and should see your doctor for further evaluation. Wish you good health!
