Yes,i is polycythemi: Are you a smoker, are you living in a hilly area because these things can cause secondary polycythemia by less oxygen in the blood stimulating the bone marrow. But in addition to red cell count if white count and platelet count, the other 2 cellular types in the whole blood in addition to whole blood then it needs to be evaluated by a hematologist as it could be a condition called polycytemia vera.
