Common sense: This food group stuff is mostly politics. At one time, there were seven essential food groups and one was butter. Get enough protein, avoid very salty greasy and sugary stuff and whatever special individual needs you have. I think Bush got it right in recommending that people exercise hard and just eat sensibly as they wish.
