That would all : Depend on how long ago the screw was placed in. For example if recent it is possible vs if many years ago unlikely. An xray would always confirm for you...

A screw Loose?: Anything is entirely possible, especially when you are dealing with post operative bunionectomies. The stepping down phenomena has been responsible for some unexpected consequences. Since you are concerned, I suggest you call your surgeon and put an end to all doubt.
