Hard to comment: Without seeing and knowing all the facts. You should discuss this with your surgeon. There are several possibilities including bandaging or casting in this position, elevation or malalignment of bone etc. Your doctor should have a good idea as to why and what should be done.

Have it evaluated.: The position of the big toe immediately following cast, pin, and bandage removal is not necessarily reflect its final position after you have regained strength and mobility following the postoperative and rehabilitation period. For some procedures, the big toe may be purposely fused in a slightly elevated position and you may not be use to that. Consult with your surgeon.
