All possible: Not leukemia, though. An isolated inflamed lymph node is commonly reactive to local inflammation, acute or chronic.

Most likely reactive: the majority of the lymph node are reactive. normal CBC even if it was ten days ago support that. the protocol is if the lymph node does not go away alone or with a course of antibiotic for two weeks it might need to be biopsy. the odd definitely are in your favor. good luck
