I have unexplained swelling in the left front of my left ankle. i have been checked for dvt and venous insufficiency but dont have either. i have had extensive blood work done cbc inflammation lymphoma leukemia but all have come back normal?

What you describe seems to be a localized swelling. You have had extensive work up but I wonder if an ankle MRI was done.

Pain in ankle, shin & calf. Newly on blood thinners as of a week ago. There's pain at rest & with movement. Should I be worried about dvt since there is some pain in the calf? No redness or swelling just pain in those locations. No injury or bedrest?
