Infection: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, your lab results are consistent with a bacterial infection.

Swollen painful lump under chin area. Slight ear ache and head ache, no sore throat (no tonsils). No rash and temperature normal. Neck is also sore. What can this be?
Can all these be related to sinusitis? Symptoms over 4 wks in this order: nasal congestion in winter, swollen pea sized submandibular node, 1 swollen tonsil, ear/jaw aches, sore throat that comes and goes. Feel better on abx but throat swab normal?
