No not at all!: You have to think positive! your WBC is slightly high which is probably due to sinus infection. If you have any further concerns, get a repeat cbc, four weeks after sinus infection is resolved. Good luck.

No reason to worry: You CBC is very close to normal except for slightly elevated wbc's. People who present with leukemia often present with pancytopenia, very low counts (platelets, wbc's and rbc's). Sometimes they present with very high wbc's. You don't really have any of those things. Probably just a normal reaction to you sinus infection.

On my CBC, my Lymphcytes were high at 59.6, and LY# also high at 3.8. Granulocytes low at 35.0. Normal WBC. Are my results concerning or may be normal? 39 year old female. Mom has pre-leukemia, does it look like I have cancer?
