See your PCP for re-: Evaluation including the blood work, but more importantly have a physical examination, to be properly diagnosed. The symptoms you describe are very nonspecific and could be due to any of many many conditions. Certainly i would not think of leukemia or lymphoma as my first suspicion, with a normal cbc. Good luck.

Should I push for a tissue biopsy? Clean chest CT normal CBC but very elevated EBNA and IgG, neg for mono. Many symptoms of lymphoma & leukemia.
