None: There are no healthy, medically approved "cleanse" for weight loss or any other issue. Trying to lose 20+ pounds in a couple of months is not a good idea. You should aim for no more than a pound a week. Even that will require marked restriction in caloric intake and increase in physical activity. For good health: Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco or alcohol in any form.
