Don't do it!: You will make yourself sick, you can end up in the intensive care unit, and your weight loss will be transient. Forget the idea that you need to be "detoxified"; start doing what nature truly intended, eat sensibly, focus on fruits and vegetables along with a good balance, and get with a group of people you like who exercise and will do it with you. You owe this to yourself.
