Don't do crash diet: With regular, medium-high intensity 5-6x/wk workout and a healthy/balanced diet along with setting a realistic, steady wt loss 1-2lb/wk max, you can accomplish this. Don't do crash diet because u will like regain it and some more later. Drink plenty of fluid, especially water, minimize junk foods/sweet drinks and you will succeed. Diet AND exercise: Make sure you exercise at least 90 minutes a day, don't skip meals, avoid soda, juice, dairy, alcohol and fried foods. Eat a healthy well balanced diet! also water, organic vegetable broth, green leafy vegetables, natural pickles, apples are great to fill you up so you dont feel hungry and they are very low in calories.

How to....: Eat healthfully. Try to eat at least 5 servings of vegetables & 4 of fruit per day. Increase nutritional fiber. Avoid refined sugar & junk carbohydrates. Avoid alcohol, sweetened juices, soda & caffeinated beverages. Aim for 7.5 to 8 hrs of sleep / night. Hydrate w at least 64 oz of water / day. Calories burned must > calories consumed. Do both cardio & weight training.
