Headache/migraine?: There are a number of skin conditions such as seborrheic dermatitis or psoriasis that can cause sore and tender spots, but if there is no rash or flaking, this is less likely. Similar for infections such a folliculitis (hair follicle inflammation/infection). Tension or migraine headaches can cause tender spots. If you have no fever, redness or signs of infection, or vision change, you can watch.

Need more info: It would be helpful to know your age, any trauma, medications, other health history. It is not likely to be any thing serious or life threatening, but it would be prudent to see your doctor for an in-person evaluation, if over the counter pain medication does not take care of it.

Head sores: There are many possibilities. Best is to have your scalp and head examined to see if there are sores or bites or some time of infestation. Seeing your health provider is a good idea.

See your doc: If it has not resolved in a week you need a doctor to take a look give you a proper diagnosis and start you on a treatment plan. You may need diagnostic work up if it is not obvious. Seel better soon.
