A member asked:

Fri and sat my balance was off, my head felt dizzy as well.sat night my right ear pained & my throat was sore on right side.sun my throat was more sore and now i have pain in my left shoulder when i breathe. what could it be? i'm worried its clots?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

These symptoms warrant an examination by a physician. Viral infection of the throat &inner ear symptoms first and now shoulder pain with a deep breath points to possible early pneumonia involving the left lung base. Pulmonary embolism is less likely. Testing will most likely involve throat culture and chest x-ray. Your MD can advise re covid testing.
