Had like a throbbing pain back my head right side where your head curves down skull part. been going on for week but now feels like a sore pain comes and goes. should i be worried? could be from sleeping wrong position or serious like a tumor?

Could be...: Might be migraine, greater occipital neuralgia, tension headache, even TMJ dysfnctn. Since this appears persistent, would urge consultation. Here at HT, excellent practitioners are available for virtual consultation, and this could be sorted out.
