Possible : There are many thing that can cause pain in that location, including muscle cramps of the abdominal wall. It is also possible for the gallbladder to cause pain without stones. Its a bit much on sort out definitely on a short answer forum like this, so discuss with your provider. If not severe, may be ok to watch for a while. Hope this helps!
