Dx costochondritis now tender over entire rib cage front&back of neck scalp breast and jaw stiffness. mild relief with opiod and nsaids is this normal?

No narcotics: if you are not getting relief, I suggest calling your prescribing physician and after stopping opioids and NSAIDS and ask about the use of a steroid dose pack ( Medrol (methylprednisolone) or prednisone ). Narcotics will not cure the inflammation.

Not normal!: Need to see your PCP and get further work up. Jaw stiffness along with all the inflammation in your body needs to be investigated and worked up with labs, and possible imaging. Discuss with your doctor. Don't delay! Mild relief is not enough. You are only treating symptoms. Let your doctor take the next steps!
