Probably post : Surgical since you are only 2 months out. I am assuming the cholecystectomy was because of the gb dysfunction (7% gb ejection fraction is abnormally low). Please check in with your surgeon about your symptoms.

Could be normal.: I assume you had a laparoscopic procedure. You can still have tenderness for a couple of months but not much. People feel that since there is no big incision that this is minor surgery. That is not so. You had a real operation and they hurt for a while. A hida scan of 7% is not normal.
