Possiible?: Costochondritis i a remote possibility, muscular pain from intercostal mucles is another possibility. Try heating pad for twenty minut every four hours with anti-inflammatory agent like iboproffin 600mgm three times daily. If this did not help check with your doctor for blood tests especially sed rate, and possible xrays.
