See doctor: It sounds like something is going on in the back of your throat with your tonsils or else with your esophagus. It is important for you to see a doctor for an exam and testing to determine the cause. Until you are seen try adding one omeprazole daily at bedtime and make sure you are drinking at least 2 liters of water daily. Avoid caffeine, tobacco and alcohol.
