Throat pain: this is likely from post nasal drip. you probably sleep on the right side and the nose has been draining all niight long. I would try some sudafed and or flonase and see how it does today. you can try some alka selser this evening it has a anticholinergic that will help with the post nasal drip tonight. good luck and feel better.
