When adrenaline/cortisol kicks in (i.e. stage fright), sometimes i feel very cold (no sweat) and sometimes i feel very warm and sweat a lot, why???

Stress hormones: change the vascular tone. Generally causing vasoconstriction (cold no sweat). And, there is usually a rebound from this with flushing. But, stress hormones also increase heart rate and blood pumping , so can also cause increased blood flow.
