Ive recently started having adrenaline rushes and spacing out episodes that seem to be getting worse. any ideas what it could be? my kidneys and adrenal glands have been throughly looked at. cortisol is normal most of the time. i have hypokalema?

With low blood K you need to have an ARR done. An aldosterone to renin ratio, Esp if you BP goes up and down and if you get up more that once a night to peel. My first guess would be Primary Aldosteronism assuming you are not taking meds that lower blood K.
