Could my empty sella syndrome cause cushings bodily & facial appearence, pcsos, but with low / addison's level cortisol serum. high adrenaline and hormonal issues. everything seems mixed up & mismatched. doctors confused. i'm confused?

I can certainly see why you're confused. Your questions may be too complex for the average physician& if you're not satisfied with your current testing,treatment and advice, i recommend consulting an endocrinologist at the department of endocrinology at a university hospital near you. Bring all pertinent records to avoid going through duplicate testing as long as the consultant is in agreement
