Stimulated glands: Adrenaline, or epinephrine, is the 'fight or flight' response hormone that is produced by the body in times of stress, injury, pain, exercise and other physical or emotional changes. It causes many bodily changes including faster heart beat, tremulous feeling, and sweating, etc. Adrenaline directly stimulates sweat glands to produce sweat.
