Panic: You need to start by making an appointment with your doctor for examination and lab data. You will most likely need a referral to a Psychologist. Everything will be taken care.

Unlikely but possibl: Pheochromocytoma is a very rare disorder that typically presents with severe high blood pressure, high heart rate, headaches, palpitations. Panic attacks can have very similar symptoms. You should do a 24 hr urine collection to check catecholamine levels, VMA, and metanephrines.
