Sorry: Hi. You're attributing symptoms to things that aren't the problem. No, no evidence to show that staying sedentary indoors will cause over-secretion or under-secretion, or disordered secretion of either cortisol or epinephrine. However, I'm sure all the docs will agree with me when I advise you get up, get out, and be active. It's good for you physically & psychologically! Best of luck!
