No BUT....: By all means gear up for the August 2015 Ice Bucket Challenge that the ALS Foundation of America is going to hold again. But in your case tongue twitches with normal neurological exams and no abnormal EMG's cannot be ALS...not here...not in France...and not even on PLANET ALS....if such a planet existed.
