If your neurological examination is normal, then it is very unlikely that you have ALS. Tell us if you have any signs or symptoms of neurological nature that led you to believe that you have ALS? What did your neurologist conclude after your examinations and tests that were done. Do you have any muscle problems that you have noted??

One EMG in one limb is inadequate to thoroughly evaluate possible motor neuron disease, but a normal neurological exam is inconsistent with a neuromuscular disorder. Since you are worried about ALS, contact your neurologist and have a discussion of what may be your diagnosis, and the next advised steps.
